Healthy Body

July is the Nutrition month. We should maintain our healthy body. We celebrate this for us to know the importance of having healthy body. During this celebration, our school have many activities that eas related to the celebration.
Maintaining a healthy body is very important. Having a healthy body can keep us from diseases and illnesses. To maintain a good health, we should eat nutritious foods. Eating vegetables can make us strong for our daily activities. Our health depends on our lifestyle, the kinds of food we eat. Eating nutritious foods have a good benefit to our body. Eating junk foods, fatty foods can cause diseases like Urinary Tract Infection, hypertension etc. Drinking alcohol and smoking cigarettes are bad habits, it can cause cancer.
Let us maintain our good health in order to achieve our goals in life. Avoid bad habits and let us make our future better.
